Her grandfather was the most famous revolutionary to have ever lived.

But Lydia Guevara - granddaughter of Cuban guerilla leader Che - hopes to be at the forefront of another revolution, this time for vegetarianism.

To further her cause, the 24-year-old, who has been linked to Russell Brand in the past, has posed semi-nude in a PETA campaign.
