Previously unseen photos have revealed the extent of Michael Jackson's drug abuse - showing multiple needle marks covering his legs.

Experts said the scabs are most likely to have been caused by injecting drugs, with Jackson known to be addicted to painkillers.

The images, taken seven years ago, were broadcast on U.S. TV network ABC as it was revealed that police are treating Jackson's death as homicide.
