Oops, she did it again? Britney Spears has split from her boyfriend Jason Trawick.

The singer reportedly ended her romance with the talent agent at the end of February following a year-long romance because they had been arguing constantly.

A source said: "They were fighting a lot and have not been getting along. They both just needed to take a break from each other. It wasn't working out."

Despite their split, Jason, 38, will still represent Britney through the New York-based entertainment agency, William Morris Endeavor Entertainment, where he works.

This isn’t the first time the pair have seemingly split. The 28-year-old pop beauty dumped Jason in January after learning he had been flirting with two women at Los Angeles’ Roger Room bar before getting back together.

Britney -- who has two sons with ex-husband Kevin Federline -- and agent Jason started dating in March 2009. They split briefly in August, but soon reconciled. Since their romance began, Jason has proposed to Britney several times.

Britney Spears took time out to soak up the sun on Sydney Harbour over the weekend.

After arriving in Sydney on Saturday, Spears spent the day on the yacht, Oscar.

Relaxing in a bikini, Spears boarded the craft at Woolloomooloo with her sons Sean Preston, 4, and Jayden James, 3, manager-boyfriend Jason Trawick – and an army of security.

After cruising the Harbour, the yacht moored at Camp Cove off Watsons Bay for lunch.

Britney Spears pitches to be US President

Britney Spears has revealed how the United States would be run if she were made President.

The pop princess wore an eye-popping bikini and a red flower in her hair to deliver her manifesto which included 'free pie for everybody' and a 'nightclub on the moon'.

The singer read out the 'Top Ten ways the country would be different if Britney Spears were President'.

As the pre-recorded tape played, Letterman joked 'Woah! Think about that' and joked about how often she switched from hip to hip as she performed the pie


Her list read:

10. I'd be the first President to wear eye shadow since Nixon
9. We would only invade fun places like [Mexican holiday resort town] Cabo.
8. Free pie for everybody.
7. My situation room would be a cabana at the Palms Casino in Las Vegas.

Britney Spears wants dad Jamie -- who was made co-conservator of her personal and professional affairs following her public breakdown last year -- to run a new eatery when the conservatorship comes to an end.

Britney -- who opened her ill-fated New York restaurant Nyla in 2002 -- plans to serve soul food at the Los Angeles eatery. Soul food is primarily popular in the South, which makes sense as Britney was raised in Kentwood, Louisiana. Bring on the fried chicken, barbecued ribs, black eyed peas and sweet potato.

Earlier this month, it was revealed Jamie wants a judge to review the conditions of the conservatorship agreement when Britney's "Circus" world tour concludes in November.

A website reported: "Jamie can't ask the judge to end it -- just to review it. The judge then decides if Britney should regain control of her life."
