David and Victoria Beckham have announced they have decided to call their little girl Harper Seven Beckham.

David confirmed the news on his Facebook page after he and wife Victoria welcomed the baby, who weighed 7lb 10oz, at 7.55am yesterday morning.

The footballer wrote: 'I am so proud and excited to announce the birth of our daughter Harper Seven Beckham. She weighed a healthy 7lbs 10oz and arrived at 7.55 this morning, here in LA.

The happy couple already has three little boys -- Brooklyn, Romeo, and Cruz -- and the boys are reportedly super excited about a girl in the family. When the Beckhams announced they were expecting baby no. 4, their rep reported: "Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz are excited to welcome their new baby sister to the family."

The couple has yet to announce their little bundle of joy's name --- but if their last three names are any indication, it'll be super cute and hip! Stay tuned.

As these latest pictures show, Posh could do with ditching her latest diet regime and putting some weight on.

All eyes were on Posh's bony chest and gaunt face as the WAG queen stepped out for dinner with husband David, 34, at one of Gordon Ramsay's restaurants in Chelsea.

It's fair to say she probably didn't take up the Christmas pudding and brandy butter option for dessert.

Victoria Beckham opened up about marriage, and life with the 'handsome one', husband David Beckham, 34, on a US chat show yesterday.

Victoria, 35, submitted herself to a grilling from the women on show The View led by Hollywood star Whoopi Goldberg, 53.

We're so lucky to have each other. I really feel that with David I've met my soul mate.

'He's a really amazing father and a really great husband as well, yes I still feel sexy.

'I go to bed with David Beckham every night, I'm trying.'

Everybody says "David's so handsome and she's so funny" - I'm sick of being the funny one,' she said.

Whoopi had personally requested Posh - who is currently promoting the Beckhams' new fragrance, Signature Story - as a guest but only remembered after the slot was confirmed that she is allergic to scent.

So the former Spice Girl was banned from spraying the perfume near Whoopi.

The 250-strong audience, who were all given goody bags containing the new fragrance, had to sign a promise in writing not to open the bottles in the ABC studios.

Victoria was asked about her signature unsmiling pose in photos, and she said that her mind was elsewhere most of the time she was having her picture taken.

Victoria Beckham says it was hard when her soccer superstar husband moved to Italy to play for AC Milan while Victoria and their three sons stayed in Los Angeles, as the family endured many long-haul flights to see each other.

She said: "I’m really happy being in the States so it was difficult for me going backwards and forwards trying to make everybody happy."

David Beckham, 34, has now moved back to the US to continue playing for Los Angeles Galaxy and 35-year-old Victoria is enjoying every moment of her family’s settled life

She also revealed the couple, who have been married 10 years, have no plans to extend their family in the near future. They already have three sons: Brooklyn, 10, Romeo, six, and four-year-old Cruz.

She said: "Everybody keeps asking me that and I think at some point, if I’m lucky enough, I’ll have another baby. That would be great -- if I’m blessed enough. But right now, three boys… that’s a lot!"

David Beckham has revealed that his sons are already planning their first pieces of body art - despite the oldest being just ten years old.

With their parents both heavily tattooed it is hardly surprising that Brooklyn, 10, Romeo, 6, and Cruz, 4, think the inkings are normal.

But David, who unveiled his latest tattoo this week, admitted even he was surprised when they asked to follow in his footsteps.

Last week, it was rumored that soccer superstar David Beckham would pose for a series of Emporio Armani advertisements with none other than actress and humanitarian Angelina Jolie. Beckham, 34, has already made a name for himself as a spokesman, most recently posing in his skivvies with his wife of 10 years, Victoria Beckham.

Former nanny apologises to David and Victoria Beckham after revealing details about their life 'behind closed doors'

David and Victoria Beckham received a High Court apology from their former nanny today over her disclosure of private and confidential information about them following her resignation.

A judge in London heard that Abbie Gibson had now agreed to give 'permanent undertakings of confidentiality' to the couple.

Their solicitor, Gerrard Tyrrell, told Mr Justice Eady: 'Ms Gibson has also agreed to the withdrawal of her claim for constructive dismissal that she made against the claimants which was issued in the Employment Tribunal in August 2005.'

Mr Tyrrell said Ms Gibson 'has unconditionally apologised to David and Victoria Beckham and their family for breaching her duties of confidence'.

He said today's proceedings against Ms Gibson resulted from the publication of a newspaper article in April 2005, captioned 'Beckhams behind closed doors'.

Mr Tyrrell said: 'Between May 2003 and March 2005, Ms Gibson was employed as the nanny to David and Victoria Beckhams' children.

'After she resigned from their employment, she gave an interview to the News of the World. In this interview, she disclosed private and confidential information about the Beckhams and their family.'
