Fives months after ending her engagement to Frank Lampard, it appears Elen Rives is still very much a part of the England WAGS social circle.
After returning from holiday in Ibiza, the Spanish beauty dined out in London with Peter Crouch's fiancée Abbey Clancy and John Terry's wife Toni Poole.
