Jessica Biel exercises six days a week to keep in shape and it seems her efforts are not in vain.
The actress showed off the impressive results of her regular work-out regime as she arrived at for an appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman in New York yesterday.
A figure-hugging beige mini-skirt and simple black silk camisole revealed her incredibly toned and lean physique.
