Frosty relations finally thaw between Wayne and Coleen Rooney

Mrs Rooney, 24, appeared to have forgiven her footballer husband as she cuddled up to him in a swimming pool at their seven-star luxury hotel.

She rubbed tanning lotion gently onto the England star's sun-burnt back, before throwing her arms around his neck as they smiled and joked together in the pool.

They are on a lavish holiday at the £2,000-a-night Burj Al Arab hotel, to celebrate Rooney's £200,000-a-week contract to stay on at Manchester United.

But their break got off to a rocky start when they had a furious row on their first night, when diners at a steak restaurant watched the pair bicker, and even accidentally smash a glass during their argument.

Wayne Rooney’s marriage was under intense pressure last night after it was revealed that he had a series of encounters with a prostitute while his wife was pregnant.

The Manchester United and England star, widely criticised during the World Cup for a series of lacklustre performances, broke the news to a 'devastated' Coleen yesterday afternoon.

They married two years ago, after six years of dating, becoming one of football’s highest-profile couples.

But last night there were fears that their union is unlikely to survive the new revelations.

Jennifer Thompson, 21, who charges £1,200 a night, claims she slept with 24-year-old Rooney, seven times in four months.

She says they had sex in one of Manchester’s most exclusive hotels, and visited nightclubs and casinos together.

And she further claims that Rooney even invited her back to the £4.5m home he shares with Coleen for sex while his wife was away.

It is understood his lawyers tried to fight the allegations when they first surfaced three weeks ago, but ultimately decided they were indefensible because of previous revelations about the star and prostitutes.

Mrs Rooney takes her six-month pregnancy bump for a jetski ride

COLEEN ROONEY's baby bump is growing so fast she might need a bigger towel soon.

The WAG is currently in St Tropez on her second holiday of the summer, though this time her and hubby WAYNE have been joined by their pals.

Instead of taking it easy, six-months-pregnant Coleen was spotted riding a jetski during a break from sunbathing.

Wayne also got stuck into the watersports - he was pictured testing out a flyfish, a three-man inflatable dingy similar to a banana boat.

The couple will celebrate their first wedding anniversary with a no-expense-spared trip to Barbados.

Pregnant Coleen, 23, will use the break to relax ahead of the birth of their first child, due in October.

Wayne Rooney's wife Coleen is three months pregnant with her first child, close friends revealed last night.

The 23-year-old football star, who was voted Man of the Match after scoring twice for England against Slovakia yesterday, is said to be 'absolutely thrilled, delighted and really excited' that Coleen is due to have their first baby at the end of September.

The childhood sweethearts married in a lavish £3million ceremony on the Italian Riviera last summer. Friends said last night that the couple, who are worth an estimated £35million, have been talking about starting a family since Christmas.
